Moore (Melvin) of West Decatur, PA; his great grandchildren, Alicia Statts, Travis Frysinger, Sarah Scholl, Courtney Moore, Landen, Cameron, Taylor, Ray and Grayson; and his brothers, William and Robert Creasy.
