She was predeceased by: her parents, Claus Soderlind and Nettie Soderlind (Holten); her husband H. Floyd Mayhew; her stepdaughter Jarilyn Ponte; and her sisters, Helen Soderlind, Melba Geibel and Irene Amundsen.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Comstock (Starr) of Hebron, KY, Scott Mayhew of Pittsburgh and Paul Mayhew of Washington, DC; and her grandchildren, Lara Mayhew, Benjamin Smith and Joshua Hill. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
