She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Phelan and Catherine Phelan (Hoffman); and her significant other Paul Dussinger. She is survived by: her sons, Frank J. Brehm, III (Barbara Robinson) of Hamburg, PA., Stephen W. Brehm (Laurie Garrett) of Leola and Shawn E. Brehm of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Ginger Chase (Shane) of Eagle Idaho and Frank J. Brehm, IV of Yuba City, CA; her great grandchildren, Trevor and Ryan Chase; and her brother Ron Phelan (Beverly).
