He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Kochubka (Liddle); his children, Jeffrey Kochubka (Janel) and Elizabeth Berdow (David); his grandchildren, Paige, Riley, Phoenix, Rowan, Ellie, Samantha and Christopher; and his sisters, Anne Groth (Chris), Terry Kochubka and Patty Kochubka.
