He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Price (Hamaker) and Philip J. Price; and his sisters, Phyllis Zink, MaryLou Holland, Linda Weber and Sharon Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Marg (Siefken); his daughter Alice Spencer (Len) of Manheim; his grandchildren, Eric Price, Bradley and Rebecca Steiert; and his sister Katie Smith.
