She was predeceased by : her parents, Nevin K. Brugger and C. Ann Brugger (Oberholtzer) of Akron, PA; and her brother Jeffrey Brugger. She is survived by : her husband David Wise; her children, Peter Wise of Boulder, CO and Annie Wise of Washington, DC; her siblings, Steve (Rebecca Brugger) of Stevens and Julie (Paul Finke) of Davidson, NC; and her sister-in-law Trina Brugger of Denver.
