He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman Kaftanuk and Maria Tokar Kaftanuk. He is survived by: his wife Susan Dreyer Kaftanuk; his sisters, Dorothy Woodall (Allen) of Cameron Park, CA and Irene Kaftanuk of Amesbury, MA; his siblings-in-law, Rosemarie Dreyer, Carol Dreyer Bernstein (Richard), David C Dreyer (Rita) and Gerald J Dreyer; his nieces and nephews, Aric Woodall, Jessica Cioffi, Christopher Cioffi, Katie Bernstein, Greg Bernstein, Dan Bernstein and Paul Dreyer; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Blake Leigh Woodall, Ace Gene Woodall, Shepherd Forsyth, Palmer Forsyth and Ella Bernstein.
