He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore F. Brown and Adessa Ewing Schmid Brown; his wife Roberta J. "Bobbie" Lutz Schmid; and his son-in-law Dan Bender. He is survived by: his children, Adessa Bender, Theodore W. Schmid II (Wendy Schmid) of Lititz and Brett Schmid of Lititz; his grandchildren, Erin (Justin Heinly), Scott (Jeanie Bender), Ian (Robyn Schmid) and Taylor Schmid (Savannah Watkins); his great grandchildren, Briella, Connor, Caroline and Colin; and his pet Tucker.
