In the vast expanse of eternity, Vernon shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Vernon farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Sheetz Gunnion and John Henry Gunnion; his brother John; and his son Eric (Jackie). He is survived by: his wife Beth Johnson Gunnion; and his sister Sallie Sell (Bill). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
