He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Sr. Bills and Jeannette Bills (Handschuh). He is survived by: his wife Karen A. Bills (Donaghy); his son Matthew (Erin Bills) of Lititz, PA; his grandchildren, Riley, Madison, Tyler and Lydia; his sister Lynda Semonchick of Loveland, CO; his mother-in-law Anna Donaghy; and his siblings-in-law, Craig Donaghy (Janis) and Diane Gibson (Allan).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Church (501 W Lincoln Ave, Lititz, PA 17543). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Christian education where Bill dedicated most of his life.
