He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Taylor and Marion Taylor; and his sister Debbie Grover (Dale) of Laceyville, Pennsylvania.. He is survived by: his siblings, Diane Cecil (Donnie) and Philip Taylor (Karla) of Centerville, Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Spunar of Olyphant, Stacy Cecil of High Point, Whitney Taylor of Berkeley, California, Todd Cecil of High Point and Tim Grover (Nikki) of Laceyville, Pennsylvania..
