He was predeceased by: his parents, Levert Harper and Arlene Harper; and his sister Sharon Harper. He is survived by: his spouse Gail Harper (Hunsinger); his son Tim; his daughter-in-law Tracia Harper; his daughter Stacy (Tibor Goldea); and his grandchildren, Tim Kitchin, Maliah Harper, Aubrey Myers, Paige Harper, Alexis Myers, Timea Goldea, Tibor Wayne Goldea and Morgan.
