She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Carter and Oleta Carter; and her husband Robert Wharton. She is survived by: her boyfriend John S. Mauthe of Littlestown, PA; her children, William Wharton of Baltimore, MD and Krystal Belle (Scott) of Hanover, PA; her grandchildren, Brandon Chell (Dakoda), Jordan Chell, Kaitlyn Chell and Cassidy Belle; her great grandchildren, Myles Chell and Noa Chell; and her half-brothers, Robert Balsamo and Richard Balsamo.
