He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis C. Topper and Mary M. Topper (Stambaugh); his wife Sieglinde; and his siblings, Margaret Reaver, Rose Herman, Robert, Earl and Marlin Topper.
He is survived by: his children, Hannelore Furst (Kenneth), Steven Topper (Lisa), Rebecca Rickrode (Robert) and Timothy Topper (Deanna). He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
