It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Josephine E. Thompson of Littlestown, Pennsylvania, born in Laurel, Maryland, who passed away on June 12, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Herbert K. Thompson; her parents, Eustace L. Noble and Grace V. Noble (Quill); her son-in-law Daniel Murphy; and her siblings, Mary McCormack, Virginia Page and Edward Noble.
She is survived by : her children, Carl S. Thompson (Lisa), John L. Thompson (Eve), Jo Beth Murphy (Thompson) of Hampstead and Caroline N. Taylor of Willoughby, OH; and her siblings, Robert A. Noble (Lyn) and Elizabeth Lee Mueller of Hunt Valley, MD.. She is also survived by her eleven grandchildren.
