He was predeceased by: his spouse Bernielou M. Goad (Mueller); his parents, Wyatt Wakeman and Glenna M. Goad (Barnes); and his siblings, James Alvin Goad, Annabelle O'Brien and Wilma Dolores Duck.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cathy Lynn Scheidegger (Ernest) of Savage, MD, Cynthia Jane Welsh (Donald) of Savage, MD and Celena Marie Arter (Barry) of Littlestown, PA; his granddaughters, Katherine Nicole Scheidegger-Hall of Wellington, NZ and Caitlin M. Yokum (Scott) of Halethorpe, MD; and his sister Elsie Jean Hardisty of Westminster, MD..
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 12:00 PM.
