She was predeceased by: her husband William A. Bowers; her parents, Roscoe Frock and Carrie Belle Frock (Barnhart); and her son-in-law Keith Pretty. She is survived by: her daughters, Patty Hartman (Paul), Billie Jo Hoffman (Donald) and Sandy Pretty; and her sister June Bull of Taneytown, MD. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
