He is survived by: his mother Janie Holley Coker; his children, Cora Coker Hart (Zach Hart), Virginia Coker, Jake Coker and Josephine Coker; his granddaughter Georgia Bee; his siblings, Thomas Coker and Danna Sturman; and his cousin Miles Coker (Gee DiCampli). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
