She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Otis Roper and Winifred Louise Cox; her daughter Amy L. Phillips; her siblings, Sandra D. Clark, Sharon L. Mrozinski (Frank), Joseph H. Cox (Beth) and Charles E. Cox (Cheri); her husband William W. Phillips III; her sister Sandra D. Cox; her great-niece Mia Mrozinski (Frank, Jr.); and her great-nephew Clark Memphis Dodrill.
She is survived by: her daughters, Winifred L. McNaney and Jennifer A. Immler (Jearld T.); her grandchildren, Jessica L. McNaney, Stephanie N. McNaney, Andrew J. Immler and Mason C. Immler; and her siblings-in-law, Charles J. Fogle, Ronald L. Scott, James E. MacNamara, Vernon J. Phillips, Sr. and Diana J. Phillips. She is also survived by her sister and brothers-in-law as well as her many nieces and nephews.
