Cook (Penica); his siblings, Van Cook (Brenda) and Brenda Swartz; his nephews, Bobby Cook (Colleen), Brian Swartz (Jamie), Brady Swartz (Melissa) and Charlie Cook; and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Penica, Rosalie Kiefer (Ken) and Loretta Myer (Grant). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
