He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth E. Napier; and his stepson Dillen Linsenbach. He is survived by: his mother Cindy Napier; his daughter Leighton Napier; the mother of his child Jessica; his close friend Erin Shaffer; his pets, Kole and Copper; Alexis Shaffer, Nate Gleim, Hannah Miller (Collen) and Ryker.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions in loving memory of Seth be made to the Liverpool American Legion Post 364, 400 Union Street, Liverpool, PA 17045.
