She was predeceased by: her father Stanley Welfling; her husband Jeffry L. Bowman; and her siblings, Ed Welfling and Susan Welfling. She is survived by: her mother Ruby Schumann Welfling; her daughter Abigail Batterson of Lock Haven; and her sister Joan Welfling of Lock Haven.
