Carl E. Andrus Sr. Obituary

The memory of Carl E. Andrus Sr. of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 24, 2025 at the age of 97, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Carl may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Carl touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Andrus and Lyda Andrus (Rupert); his spouse Shirley G. Soverns; and his son Sheldon Andrus. He is survived by: his children, Margaret Andrus of Lock Haven, Neal Andrus (Kelly) of Lock Haven, Carl Andrus (Natalie) of Lawton and Okla; and his sister-in-law Mary Andrus. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
