She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Galbraith and Dorothy Galbraith; her husband James E. Houck; her brothers, William "Bill" Galbraith, Thomas Galbraith and David Galbraith; her nephews, Jay Don and Bob Galbraith; and her great-nephew Josh Galbraith.
She is survived by: her brother Joseph Galbraith (Dodie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; many great nieces and nephews; and several great, great nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Carol's name may be made to Romola Cemetery for their perpetual care fund.
