He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hayes and Rita Hayes; and his daughter Kristen. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Hayes; his son Scott Hayes; his grandchildren, Danielle, Ryenn and Aiden Hayes; and his siblings, Kathleen Hayes, Kevin Hayes (Laurie), Mary Ellen Rupert, Margaret Yohe (Mike), Michael Hayes (Jackie), Mary Ann Kies (Tom), Mary Rita Vaeth (Tim) and Robert, Jr. Hayes (Lori). He is also survived by 10 nieces and 9 nephews and their children.

Water St., Lock Haven, PA 17745 or Kristen Hayes' Memorial Scholarship Fund, for a graduating female soccer player.
