With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra Newberry (Lock Haven, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 5, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Bitner and Edna Bitner (Reese); her significant other Phillip "Bill" Newberry, Sr.; and her siblings, Connie Reese, Linda, Rita and Gene.
She is survived by: her sisters, Beth Kost and Patty Bitner; her close friend Carmen Rosamilia; her sons, Phillip Newberry, Jr. (Erica Packer) and Jeffrey Newberry (Tammy); and her grandchildren, Lilith Mae, Brayden and Emma. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
