He is survived by: his children, John Toner (Freida) of Lock Haven, William Toner (Cindy) of Rote, Donald Toner (Terry) of Philadelphia, Boyd Toner (Kim) of Salladasburg, Darcy J. Swinehart (Willis) and Judy Carothers of Lock Haven; his sister Diana Toner of Mackeyville; his grandchildren, Brooke Stover (Hunter) of Lock Haven, Tiffany Toner of Salladasburg, Christy Fisher (Matt) of Mill Hall, Beth Bollman (Caleb), Ashley Blesh (Josh) of Pittsburgh, Luke Swinehart, Tanner Swinehart (Tessa), Mike Toner of Lock Haven and Boyd Toner, Jr. (Lauren) of Salladasburg; his great grandchild Devin Stacey; and his daughter-in-law Freida Ruggers-Toner.
