It is with sadness that the passing of Donna Gallagher (Lock Haven, Pennsylvania) is shared. Donna, born on April 16, 1936, passed away on September 24, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Donna will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honor Donna by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Donna is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Donna’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Leone and Evelyn C. Agar Leone; and her husband James R. Gallagher. She is survived by: her children, Christopher James Gallagher (Amy) of Lock Haven, Teri Marie Laird of Danville, Vicky Ann Penton (Bill) of West Renovo and Kimberly Rae Gallagher of Danville; and her brother James R. Leone (Carleen) of Lock Haven. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc. (231 High St, Lock Haven, PA 17745). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Agnes Catholic Church (3 E Walnut St, Lock Haven, PA 17745). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 12:15 PM at the Jersey Shore Cemetery (1103 Locust St, Jersey Shore, PA 17740).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Clinton County SPCA or Holy Spirit Catholic Parish.
