He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer E. Keen and Helen M. Keen (Phillips); his wife Anna Mary Bauman; and his siblings, Wayne, Paul and Shirley Talmadge.
He is survived by: his children, David, Tina Simcox (John), Jody Benfield, Mae "Ellie" Duck (Duwaine) and Mary J. Confer; and his siblings, Dale Keen (Loretta), Glenn Keen Sr., Wanda Winner (Ed), Ethel Young (Leroy) and Nelma Keen. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
