He was predeceased by: his parents, William Poorman and Martha Poorman (Haney); his wife Sondra Poorman; his brother Kenneth Poorman; and his son-in-law Brian Orndorf.
He is survived by: his children, Francis Poorman, Jr. (Kathy) of Mill Hall, Doreen Kessinger (Bob) of Avis, Chuck Poorman (Shielia Neff) of Lock Haven and Phyllis Orndorf of Lock Haven. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and a niece and nephews.
