She was predeceased by: her parents, Legoria Hutzel and Evelyn Fresch Hutzel; her husband Elmer Weaver; her daughter Beth Ann Schrack; and her sister Gretchen Musser.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Weaver of Bellefonte; her sisters, Marilyn Welshans of Loganton and Joan Long of Boalsburg; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Weaver of New Jersey, Thomas Schrack (Shari) of State College and Dr. Katie Schrack Poor (Alex) of Philadelphia; and her great grandchildren, Emily, Eli Schrack, Evelyn, Sullivan and Griffin Poor.
Memorial contributions in Germaine's memory may be made through the funeral home to the Ross Library.
