He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Charlene Metcalf Binger; his children, Marchal Rote (Brad) of Lock Haven, Beth Strachan of Mechanicsburg, Cathy Binger (Ted Lapina) of Albuquerque, NM and Michael Binger (Amy Case) of Williamsport; his grandchildren, Sarah Strachan Bender (Josh), William Strachan (Charlotte), Josh Rote (Amanda Rauscher), Zachary Rote (Kelsey) and Evelyn Binger; and his parents, Harry Sr. Binger and Catherine Caldwell Binger.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Community Baptist Church (1853 PA-87, Montoursville, PA 17754). A celebration of life was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
