He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Mae (Dershem); and his children, William (Lesley Todd) of Flemington, Henry C. Todd, Jr. of Lock Haven, Michelle (John Garbrick) of Flemington, Melissa Lachat (Bill Chubb) of Mill Hall and Mary Fryer (Steve Phillips) of Lock Haven. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren; and a great great grandson.
