With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James E. Luce of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, born in Corning, New York, who passed away on July 14, 2023 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his sister Penny Lowe. He is survived by : his wife Margie E. Gallagher of Lock Haven; his children, Heather, James, Jamie and Christian Luce; his daughter-in-law Sherri Rose; his stepdaughter Stephanie Reese (Josh); his sister Julie Vargeson; and his brother-in-law Gerald Lowe. He is also survived by several grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and many additional family members and friends.
