He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Wise, and Lois Wise, Sr. (Pluff). He is survived by: his wife Judy Wise (Lamey) of Lock Haven; his children, Nancy Moore of York and Tommy Wise (Colleen) of Lock Haven; his stepson Gerald Kissell, Jr. of Lock Haven; his brother Clyde Wise (Kathy) of Beech Creek; his grandchildren, Malique Wise (Sarah Wolf), Marlana Fells (Dylon Prugar), Darien D'Ercole, Dante Kissell and Devin George Kissell; his great grandchild Jaylen Carter Wise; his aunt Irene Messerly; his cousin Art Turner (Judy); and his nephew Matt Wise (Chrissy).
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rest Haven Memorial Park (47 Rest Haven Dr, Lock Haven, PA 17745).
