She is survived by: her children, Michele Higgins (Shane) of Florida, Pauline Kinley (Joseph) of Lock Haven and James Kinley (Cindy) of Lock Haven; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Coleman (Kyle), Jamie Kinley, Drew Higgens, Ashlee Higgins, Izick Evans, Benit Evans and Emmarie Evans; her great grandchildren, Mahkenna, Emma, Chase, Kasen, Wilder and Sylvia; and her brother Thomas Basinger of Altoona.
