Rafter (Norman) of Lock Haven; his grandchildren, Avah, Rowan, Zander Rafter, Elizabeth, Evelyn and Ehan Nestor; his sisters, Joyce Nonamaker of Swissdale, Linda Caris (Dale) of Woolrich and Deb Condo of Castanea; and his former life partner Cathy Nestor of McElhattan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
