She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo T. Hazel and Minnie Moore; and her siblings, G. Louise Spangler (Paul), Martha P. Walker (Daniel), Mary L. Zimmerman (Charles), Ethel M. Weaver, Charles C. Hazel, George H. Hazel (Virginia) and Frank R. Hazel.
She is survived by: her brother James Hazel (Carol) of New Mexico; and her brother-in-law Richard Weaver of Blanchard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
