She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara Justice; and her sister Dawn Shade. She is survived by: her father Albert Bower of Avis; her husband Mike Stover of Lock Haven; her children, Kyle of Lock Haven and Emily McAlister of Lock Haven; her stepson Cody Stover (Elaina Sonnie) of Loganton; and her brothers, Joseph Simcox (Viviana) of California, Albert Bower, Jr. and Allen Bower.
