He was predeceased by : his father Mathias Parker; and his brother Daniel Payton. He is survived by : his mother Jamest Falls Parker; his wife Heather Sheaffer; his children, Shelbey Parker, Kolton, Devyn and Hunter Parker; his brothers, Randy, Steve, Chuck and Tim Payton; and his granddaughter Lilli Confer.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to either the American Cancer Society or to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
