He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard F. Hall and Janice Carlile; his wife Janice Hall (Dickey); and his brother Kim Hall. He is survived by: his son Trenton H. Hall; and his siblings, Kevin Hall, Shelley Lish (Monte) and Michele Thompson. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
