He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Timblin and Betty Timblin; his brothers, Ed, Russ, Melvin Timblin and Jeff Maguire; and his adoptive parents, James Maguire and Shirley Maguire.
He is survived by: his wife Donna R. Timblin (Muthler); his son Jeff Timblin; and his siblings, Walt Timblin, William Earl, Bobby Timblin, Jim Maguire (Lori), Bob Maguire, Helen Thomas, Maxine Conklin, Becky Charles (Tom) and Markay Heverly (Robert). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Rest Haven Memorial Park (47 Rest Haven Dr, Lock Haven, PA 17745). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 119 Pine Mountain Rd, Lock Haven, PA 17745.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Roy's honor to the New Love Center, 263 Henry St, Jersey Shore, PA 17740.
