She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Newberry and Gladys Newberry (Perry); her daughter Sharon R. Gummo; her granddaughter Beth Ammerman McCrimmon; and her siblings, Floyd Newberry Jr., Myrna Mills, Donald Newberry, Carole Culvey, Judy Englert and Billy.
She is survived by: her son David A. Ammerman, Jr. (Kathy) of New Columbia, PA.; her grandchildren, Amber Castle (Ed Pucci), George R Gummo Jr., Colin Ammerman and Ashley Ammerman (Paul Howell); her great grandchildren, Megan Ulsamer (Luke), Dylan Coleman, Connor McCrimmon (Amy), Elise McCrimmon, Archie McCrimmon, Joshua and Nathan Howell; her great great grandchildren, Evie, Ivy, William McCrimmon, Hale, Ridge and Eden Ulsamer; her son-in-law George R. Gummo; her sisters, Doris Merrifield of Lock Haven and Beverly Grassmier of Lock Haven; and her caregiver Amber. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc. (231 High St, Lock Haven, PA 17745). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Rest Haven Memorial Park (47 Rest Haven Dr, Lock Haven, PA 17745).
