She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathleen Margaret Fravel (Downs) and Karl Francis Fravel; her husband Harry E. Winters of Luke's Reformed Church; her sons, Jeffrey Winters and Walter K. Winters; and her siblings, Paul "Bud" Fravel, Phyllis Barnhart and Eugene Fravel.
She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Wadeck (John) of Clintondale; her daughter-in-law Candace Winters of Muncy; her grandchildren, Brad Smith (Tiffany), Allison Smith Bressler (Ryan), Justin Winters (Lizze), Jayme Winters McClung (Ryan), Jason Winters and Jeremy Winters (Wendy); her stepgranddaughters, Krista Tilford (Todd) and Danielle Hicks (Derek); and her great grandchildren, Gannon, Brennen, Jensen, Emilia and Jack. She is also survived by seven step-great grandchildren.
