He is survived by: his parents, Perry C. Courter, Sr. and Shirley Jacobs; his wife Dawn J. Crissinger; his children, Clayton Courter of Lock Haven and Maranda Connor (Samuel) of Howard; his grandson Bowen Connor; and his sister Alvina Wennette (Gary) of New York. He is also survived by several brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
