She was predeceased by: her parents, Garnett Bobbitt and Arithina Bobbitt; her husband Frank Heaps; her daughter Clara Ghaner; and her granddaughter Samantha.
She is survived by: her children, David Payne (Peggy) of Coatesville, PA, Rosemarie Peters of Bellefonte, Renee Russo (Kenny Sr.) of Bellefonte and Jennifer Heaps of Coatesville; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Kenny Jr. and Delores Rose.
