It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherry L. Zimmerman of Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 10, 2025, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Sherry may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Shilling and Patsy Shilling; and her daughter Tiffany Zimmerman. She is survived by: her husband William E. Zimmerman, Jr.; her daughter Serita Hakin (Lynn, III) of Mill Hall; her siblings, Wendy Gavlock (Chris) of Bellefonte, Matt Shilling (Sylvia) of Louisiana and Mike Shilling of Flemington; her grandchildren, Lydia Quiggle, Braxton Marconi and Lynn Hakin, IV; and her mother-in-law Cecelia Zimmerman of Lock Haven.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc. (231 High St, Lock Haven, PA 17745). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Agnes Cemetery.
