He is survived by: his parents, Harold Harlan Jr. of Alabama and Barbara Harlan Eck (Rossman) of Williamsport; his children, Amanda Harlan of Clearfield, Zachary Harlan of Montoursville and Aaron Harlan of Richfield; his grandchildren, Abura Harlan, Kyeer, Luca, Nico and Abriello Harlan; his brothers, Brion Harlan (Sheri) of Montoursville and Tony Harlan (Jodi) of Montoursville; his girlfriend Shirley Butler; his girlfriend's daughter Lana Hanley; his sisters, Samantha Eck, Jeanna Hill, Tina Karstetter (Roy), Pam Fulger (Dean) of Lock Haven, Mato Pugh (Taylor) and Wanbliwi Faughnam (Quinten) of Williamsport; his pet Chip; and his friend Steve Meyer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
