It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wendy J. Barner (Lock Haven, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Andrews and Diana Bilby Andrews of Salona; her children, Brittney Barrett of Lock Haven, Chelsea Barner of Mill Hall and Dustin Barner (Kirstyn) of Lock Haven; her siblings, Phillip Andrews, Ryan Andrews (Heidi), Andrea Kleckner (Duane) and Tracy Kennelley (Josh); and her grandchildren, Charlee, Arabella, Owen and Piper.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Wendy's name can be made to the American Cancer Society 1948 E. Third St. Williamsport PA.
