She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyle Jr. Toner and Ruth Toner (Wagner); and her grandson Zachary Ingram. She is survived by: her children, Lori A. Ingram (Wayne) of Mill Hall and Steven C. Heltman (Peggy) of Lamar; her siblings, George Toner, Timothy Toner, Jay Toner, Nancy Toner (Slegle) and Rober Toner; and her grandchildren, Brandon Ingram, Cassandra Newcomer, Joseph Moyer Jr., Samantha Heltman, Haley Schell and Daniel Lose. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Frederick B. Welker Funeral Home (125 N Main St, Jersey Shore, PA 17740). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
